Book Recommendations

I recently asked a friend of mine (who works with children who have autism)what books she would recommend for parents of children with autism. Here's her list:
Let Me Hear Your Voice by Catherine Maurice
Autism Treatment Guide by Elizabeth K. Gerlach
Children with Autism: A Parent's Guide by Michael Powers
Teaching Developmentally Disabled Children: The Me Book by O.Ivar Lovaas

The only one I've read is Catherine Maurice's book, but I also plan to soon read Emergence by Temple Grandin.
What are your autism book recommendations?

Rules by Cynthia Lord is a children's book written from the perspective of a girl who has a brother with autism.

The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night Time is another children's story written from the perspective of a fifteen-year-old who has autism. It is helpful to attempt to understand how someone with autism thinks.

The Out-of-Sync Child is a good book, all about addressing sensory issues.
